The La Jolla Aquatics is a year-round YMCA and USA sanctioned team. We are currently accepting ages 5 through 17 depending on skill level. Must be able to swim a minimum of 1 length of the pool and tread water for 60 seconds.
Practices are Monday - Friday and we have three levels.
(Beginning/Novice) SilverTeam 4:00pm - 5:00pm
(Intermediate) Red Team 5:00pm - 6:15pm
(Advanced) Gold Team 5:00pm - 6:15pm
